Four Points Flex by Sheraton Edinburgh

A short walk from waverley station yet feeling very secluded. Arrived early and were able to leave our bags while the room was being finished off. The gentleman at the desk (never got his name) was amazingly helpful woth places to go, recommendations for food and drinks. Received a phone call to say the room was ready and our bags were in there waiting for us, as we'd gone to the castle, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was perfect, nice compact room with everything you could want and within five minutes walk of everywhere we decided to visit. With a midday check out time, the day of departure wasn't rushed, and we were able to leave our bags while we, again, went round the city, prior to our train. Will definitely keep this hotel at the top of my list for the next visit.

This is a great hotel at a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. I do wish the rooms were just a little bit bigger so the bed could have proper end tables on each side. There is also a small ventilation problem, as in no way to get fresh air. The windows do not open and there is no bathroom fan.

Great experience spent 2 nights with them. They gave me upgrade from a standard room to a family room. And later there was problem with rooms alarm apparently so they even upgraded my room a family studio which a bonus for me. As I had a great room for myself. The location is also amazing as it’s right by princes street so everything is accessible no need worry about. The room was even very clean and great bread really had a very comfortable sleep on it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something nearby in new town.

The staff are unreal. I have never met sure lovely people. They are wonderful and a huge asset to the hotel. Especially the Hungarian and Spanish ladies. They are fabulous. Location is fab too.

Amazing stay at Four Points Flex Hotel Edinburgh! We stayed for a couple of nights with my family to celebrate my birthday weekend, and the experience was truly wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and kind throughout our stay. They even surprised us by decorating our suite with balloons, chocolates, snacks, drinks, and a beautifully handwritten birthday card — a gesture that genuinely touched my heart. The suite itself was stunning: very spacious, with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows. It also had bunk beds, which our child was absolutely thrilled about. I especially loved the bathroom — it was very spacious, which I really appreciated! Our suite was serviced daily, and everything was kept spotless. The location is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions in Edinburgh and about a 15–20 minute walk to the Royal Mile. A special thank you to Scott at the front desk — you were a true gentleman and made our stay even more memorable. And to the lovely lady who handwrote my birthday card, thank you so much. To all the staff, it was truly a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay when visiting Edinburgh. Definitely approved by Geebs!

I had a family member join me on my trip to Edinburgh, but they didn’t want to spend what I was on my hotel. In the end we found the four points flex. I was shocked how affordable this hotel was especially considering the location. This place is right in the heart of Edinburgh and just minutes from the royal mile and a 15 minu Walk to St. James Square. Seriously great prices and the staff goes above and beyond. It’s everything you need and nothing you don’t. It is a very basic hotel, it’s not luxurious, but it is comfortable and clean. So if you are on a budget or the trappings of a luxury hotel aren’t your thing then this is the hotel for you. Great value.

Great location, just a short bus ride from. Waverley Station. Not technically on Princes street but so close it doesn't really make a difference. Great hospitable staff. Rooms aren't big but it's not a luxury hotel - you have everything you need for a good night sleep and a central location for busses trains and the tram to get to and from anywhere. Very safe location and always someone at reception for whatever you need.

This hotel is bright, warm, and appears freshly renovated. The front staff are exceptionally friendly and supportive offering guidance with any questions and solving any travel challenges. I cannot say enough to endorse the wonderful experience our family had staying here.
